Welcome to the eLearning module Team Work - Personalities and Flexible Team Interactions.

This eLearning module is aimed at NSW Health employees who are newly appointed managers or who are about to become managers for the first time.

The aim of this module to show how personality profiling can be used to build an effective team.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

If you successfully complete this module you will be able to:

• Explain the main features of different behavioural styles and how to identify them in a team
• Develop strategies to foster and promote effective teams by taking into account team personality attributes.

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health employees who are newly appointed managers or who are about to become managers for the first time and may qualify for up to 0.75 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
