Welcome to the eLearning module Emotional Intelligence.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to emotional intelligence, the four domains and the role emotional intelligence plays when dealing with challenging situations or emotions.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

After completing the two sections you will be able to:

• Define emotional intelligence;
• Analyse your own emotional intelligence profile including strengths and areas for development;
• Make a plan to address areans identified for development; and
• Apply the learning in your workplace.

Audience

This course is designed for all NSW Health staff and may qualify for up to 0.6 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
