Weclome to eLearning module Accountability - Improving the Way We Work.

The aim of this module is to improve our services and patient outcomes by being accountable for working within established guidelines and contributing to improvements in the way we work.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

After completing the module you will be able to explain why accountability is needed in the health setting; reflect on  accountability within your role; identify how accountability contributes to improved patient outcomes; recognise that being accountable involves actively improving the safety culture of your health organisation

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health staff and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development
