Welcome to the eLearning module Project Management in a Nutshell.

This is a short training program which aims to provide you with basic knowledge on the core principles of project management. This module also provides you with tools and templates to help you manage projects in the workspace.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

By the end of this module you will be able to:

• Identify your role as a Project Manager
• Identify how to work through the four stages of the project management process

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health Staff interested in Project Management and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
