Welcome to the Manage Grievance Early - All Staff Workshop.

A workshop using the principles of gamification for the application of knowledge to the experience of resolving grievances in a workplace setting.

A certificate is issued on completion of the learning path.

Objectives

After completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

• prepare to take- action to facilitate the resolution of a grievance with another staff member
• take action to facilitate the resolution of a grievance with another staff member,
• evaluate the effectiveness of a grievance resolution action with another staff member,
• take further action to facilitate grievance resolution if necessary

Audience

This workshop is designed for all NSW Health Staff may consist of up to 4 hours of Continuous Professional Development.
