Welcome to Work Health and Safety for Managers.

This module has been designed to to provide managers and supervisors with an introduction to their responsibilities under the work, health and safety legislation.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

At the completion of this module you will be able to:

• Identify your responsibilities as a manager
• Recognise the key terms used in the legislation in order to maintain safe work practices
• Understand how the two key aspects of consultation and risk management in managing WHS in the workplace may apply in different work scenarios.

Audience

This course is applicable for all managers and supervisors of workers, paid and unpaid and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
