Welcome to the eLearning course My Food Choice Module 5: Tray Monitor and Work Scheduler Systems.

This module is a pre-requisite for My Food Choice face to face training. It identifies how the work scheduler system operates and how trays can be recorded in the system. Tracking of trays shows staff where in the process they are up to allowing for more efficient use of time.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

At the end of this module the learner will be able to:

• Take steps to log tasks in the Work Scheduler system
• Identify the 6 tray checkpoints
• Identify the status of trays and how it is tracked in the Tray Monitor system.

Audience

This course is applicable for Food Service Staff and may qualify for up to 0.3 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
