Allied Health: Lead and Influence
This foundational module aims to encourage allied health professionals to recognise and develop knowledge and skills to realise their full potential. It has been designed to increase confidence and understanding of the leadership qualities required to lead and influence in NSW Health.
As part of this module there is a reflective journal to support personal development. Reflecting builds self-awareness and promotes continuous learning, helping leaders to make better decisions, evaluate their impact on others, and assess their strengths, values, leadership styles and opportunities for growth.

HETI Allied Health Team
The Allied Health team works closely with the Ministry of Health Allied Health Workforce Portfolio, the NSW Health Directors of Allied Health, State NSW Allied Health Discipline Advisors Network and Local Health District and Speciality Network allied health stakeholders and educators to develop education and training that is responsive to the allied health role and specialty in NSW Health.
