Emotional Intelligence In Practice

An emotionally-intelligent, self-aware workforce enables increased capacity to communicate effectively, manage emotions, cope with change and build resilience to enhance workplace interactions.

Participants are introduced to a range of tools including growth-mindset principles and mindfulness strategies to increase their ability to identify their own emotions and model emotionally-intelligent behaviours.
