Welcome to the eLearning module Enterprise-wide Risk Management for Managers.

This module provides an overview of managers’ roles and responsibilities in managing enterprise risks in their work area.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

By the end of this module you will be able to:

• meet the manager responsibilities as described in the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Policy and Framework – NSW Health
• apply the Enterprise Risk Management Process to work situations
• meet requirements to identify and report on changes to the organisation’s Risk Register
• promote, communicate and enhance learning about Enterprise-Wide Risk Management within your organisation and area of responsibility.

Audience

This course is applicable for all managers, supervisors and personnel acting in the managerial/ supervisory role. This course is applicable for all managerial staff and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
