Welcome to the eLearning module Introduction to Work, Health and Safety.

This module has been designed to provide you with an introduction to your responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

At the completion of this module you will be able to:

• Identify your roles and responsibilities for WHS
• Define the roles and responsibilities of the Person Conducting the Business or Undertaking (PCBU), officers, managers, supervisors, workers, patients, clients and visitors
• Identify, manage and reduce risks
• Recognise your responsibility for incident reporting.

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health Staff and may qualify for up to 0.4 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
