This module supports frontline managers to undertake performance development processes with staff they manage or supervise.

Objectives

If you successfully complete this module you will be able to:

  • Understand the rationale for the implementation of the performance development process
  • Identify the components and elements of the 2013 NSW Public Service Commission Performance Development Framework
  • Facilitate a positive and proactive developmental approach to staff performance development
  • Access a practical resource that will assist in implementing performance development processes in the workplace.

Audience

This course is applicable for managers and supervisors and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
