Radiology pathology - Chest Pain

Welcome to the Radiology pathology - Chest Pain learning module.

This course outlines causes and symptoms of chest pain. Throughout the module, case studies with ECGs are presented for you to diagnose in a question and answer format. A ten question quiz follows the learning module. The quiz is scored and answers are provided when you review the quiz. You can repeat this learning module as many times as you want.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

On completion of this module the learner will:

  • Recognise typical and atypical features of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
  • Know how to risk stratify patients with ACS
  • Understand the levels of evidence which govern treatment of ACS
  • Be aware of the critical differentials to consider with a history of chest pain.

This module is designed for Radiology trainees and may qualify for up to 1.0 hrs of Continuous Professional Development
