Welcome to the eLearning module Assessing Others Part 2

This module is for staff who have some experience conducting workplace assessments. It is useful for those who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in working with a learner to complete an assessment.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

At the completion of this module you will be able to:

• apply the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
• identify the correct benchmarks and assessment tools required for a workplace assessment
• provide challenging feedback to a learner
• implement reasonable adjustment as part of the assessment process.

Audience

This course is applicable for all educators in NSW Health. The content is aimed at ‘Competent’ level educators as defined by the Empowering the Educator Capability Framework and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
