Description

Welcome to the practical session Newborn Advanced Life Support: Practical Session - Insertion of laryngeal mask airway (LMA).

This session will provide the opportunity for participants to engage in immersive scenarios in the simulated environment.
The knowledge and skills gained through the newborn advanced life support eLearning and workshops will be applied during the session.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

On successful completion of this face-to-face session, the learner should be able to:

1. Identify and discuss the components of communication to facilitate effective team work in newborn resuscitation.

Audience

This practical session is designed for clinical staff whose scope of practice is to perform newborn advanced life support interventions during resuscitation. and may qualify for up to 1.0 hours of Continuous Professional Development.
