Welcome to the Workshop - From good to great teamwork - making it happen! This is part of a blended learning program that aims to enhance the skills, knowledge and attitudes of the team leader to create, manage, and sustain effective teams in the workplace. The prerequisites for this workshop are:

• Building effective teams
• Team processes

The module is an introduction for frontline managers and a refresher for team leader/managers to provide an understanding of concepts and time lines involved in team development.

A certificate is issued on completion of the learning path.

• Create strategies to unify your team.
• Manage the relationships within your team.
• Sustain team productivity.

Audience

This workshop is applicable for all Development Frontline managers, team leader, managers and may qualify for up to 2.0 days of Continuous Professional Development.
