Congratulations on your appointment. To ensure you are supported from your first day the onboarding program has been developed to facilitate settling into your new role.

Carers are an essential part of healthcare in NSW and their recognition is important.

If you are a carer and wish to declare it please let your line manager know.

The NSW Health Carers (Recognition) Act Implementation Plan has been developed, together with the NSW Carers Charter , to ensure that NSW Health meets its obligations under the NSW Carers (Recognition) Act 2010. In line with these, HETI aims to promote recognition, request voluntary declaration, encourage representation and advertise the support that is available to carers.
