Welcome to the eLearning module Conflict Resolution.

The aim of this module is to support harmonious workplaces where staff can feel empowered to address conflict in a responsive way.

The module forms part of the Foundations Program for nursing, medical and allied health staff.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

At the end of this module you will be able to:

• identify the causes of workplace conflict
• recognise the impacts of workplace conflict
• respond effectively to workplace conflict
• reflect on your own conflict management style

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health Staff and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
