Description

Welcome to the eLearning module - Customer Service.

This module provides the opportunity to observe customer service through the eyes of a number of characters. Learners are then given the opportunity to consider some key points related to customer service.

A certificate is issued on completion.

Objectives

After completing this module, will be able:

  • To define quality customer service;
  • To identify who is responsible for delivering customer service;
  • To describe factors contributing to quality customer service.

Audience

This module is designed for all NSW Health employees and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
