Academic and Educational Support in NSW

Basic Physician Training in NSW gives trainees exposure to a diverse range of experiences and training opportunities that promote development of strong clinical experience and knowledge.

All Networks provide trainees with access to high-quality education and training programs that support successful completion of RACP examination requirements. Networks achieve this through a combination of formal exam preparation, opportunities to access a diversity of training and clinical experiences, supervision support, and programs including, but not limited to: Teaching on the Run, Communication Skills, Leadership and Management.

In addition to the coordination of training and professional development, Networks verify that trainee employment aligns with the requirements of the RACP.
