Forum 2: Optimising Organisational Learning with GenAI

The Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) hosted its second virtual forum in the Emerging Trends and Opportunities in Organisational Learning and Development Series, titled "Optimising Organisational Learning with GenAI". Held online on Thursday 29 May 2025 from 9.30am to 12.30pm (AEST), the forum brought together healthcare professionals from across the sector.

Designed to empower healthcare professionals with strategies to optimise organisational learning and development, the forum explored how Generative AI (GenAI) was transforming organisational learning - enhancing communication, boosting efficiency, automating content creation, and improving engagement and skill acquisition across the healthcare workforce.
