Key functions
  • Support NSW prevocational training providers
  • Coordinate the Prevocational Training Council (PvTC)
  • Deliver DPET Forums and facilitate the NSW JMO Forum
  • Partner with AIDA and NSW Health to deliver the Aboriginal Trainee Doctors’ Forum
  • Develop resources to support high quality prevocational education and training
  • Support implementation of the National Framework (including CLA and EPAs)
  • Allocate final year medical graduates to NSW intern positions

  • Ensure all accredited terms meet National Standards
