Current series: Leading with Humanity in a Complex World

As the pace of change accelerates and the nature of work continues to evolve, health teams are navigating rapid technological change, shifting workforce expectations, increasing disconnection, and growing complexity. These forces are reshaping how work is done, how decisions are made, and how people experience their roles.

This Leadership Insights series will explore what leadership looks like in this environment. Drawing on contemporary research, expert perspectives and practical examples, each session translates emerging ideas into actionable leadership behaviours that help leaders navigate complexity with humanity, create thriving workplaces, and strengthen the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

More events in the series will be announced soon. Join the mailing list to receive updates and stay informed
