Guardianship Learning Pathway
The Ministry of Health NSW Whole of Health Program, in collaboration with the Local Health Districts and Specialty Health Networks, have developed guardianship application guidelines to support the effective management of guardianship processes in services and facilities.
Guardianship training offers NSW Health staff an opportunity to build capability around Guardianship in order to minimise the impact of Guardianship hearings on patients and facilities.
This training is suitable for healthcare professionals who are involved in submitting guardianship applications and reports to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
