Course Overview
Magnetic Resonance Imaging Workshop provides an introduction to magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy. The workshop is intended for both clinical and research medical physicists that have an involvement in MRI in a clinical setting, or performing research in the field of MR.
No prior knowledge of the principles of magnetic resonance is required, some familiarity with general principles of physics will be useful.
The Workshop will hold group discussion sessions that allow the participants to meet the MRI lecturers and discuss the material in smaller groups.
The Workshop is suitable for Radiology Registrars and MRS staff that have a keen interest in learning deeper knowledge about the principles of MRI.
The MR Safety lectures will cover the knowledge of the ACPSEM DIMP MR Safety Module.
