What do I use to log into ClinConnect?
NSW Health users:
Login: StaffLink ID
Password: Password used with StaffLink ID
Education Providers:
Login: work email address
Password: as selected
How do I get access to ClinConnect?
Contact your ClinConnect Coordinator.
Education Provider employees can contact HETI if they do not know who their ClinConnect Coordinator is.
Please note - students do not access ClinConnect.
Who do I contact if my ClinConnect account is inactive?
Either the State-Wide Service Desk (1300 28 55 33) or email HETI. To contact the State-Wide Service Desk, you will need to have completed your secret questions and answers associated with your account.
ClinConnect user guides
Step-by-step instructions are available for ClinConnect users and can be accessed from the ClinConnect dashboard once logged into ClinConnect.
ClinConnect Training Database
The ClinConnect Training database is virtually a copy of the live ClinConnect database. Users can practice ClinConnect tasks in the training database before completing those tasks in the live environment. Contact your local ClinConnect Coordinator to obtain access to the ClinConnect Training Database.
