Matrix and Targeting Guide

The Mandatory Training Matrix and Targeting Guide provides an overview of mandatory training requirements for all NSW Health staff groups.

Where possible mandatory training is targeted at a State-wide level using the Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupation (ANZSCO) codes that are used within StaffLink. Further ANZSCO code details are included in the Matrix document.

Local Targeting Proforma

In situations where specific mandatory training is required for a role, service or location, the local Learning Management System (LMS) administrators are required to complete the relevant Local targeting proforma. This form is submitted to eHealth NSW Corporate IT, LMS Team to update the targeting.
