The Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) presented a series of a mini forums designed to empower healthcare professionals with strategies in organisational learning and development. These forums provide an opportunity to come together to discuss, learn and network with forum speakers and colleagues.

• Forum 1 explored how effective learning enablers can drive employee engagement in workplace learning and support organisational success within healthcare settings.
• Forum 2 explored how the responsible use of GenAI can transform organisational learning by enhancing communication, boosting efficiency, automating content creation, and improving engagement and skill acquisition in the workplace.
