We have developed new and refreshed Mandatory Training resources using the Behavioural Insights methodology that focuses on people and how they make choices.

These training modules provides a more immersive experience and take less time to complete than previous versions. The refreshed content also applies more broadly to everyday work scenarios of NSW Health staff.

Staff who have completed their ‘Once Only’ mandatory training requirement do not need to complete these refreshed modules.
