PMSP

Building on this success, PMSP will return for Cohort 3 in April 2022, with enrolments now open in My Health Learning. Open to all NSW Health managers and delivered in virtual interactive classrooms, PMSP promotes cross organisation networking opportunities.

The six modules offer a deep dive into subjects to strengthen behavioural change, with learning activities promoting critical thinking, problem solving, practice development and reflection. Participants are welcomed from across NSW to explore management and leadership concepts, form meaningful connections and create safe, healthy working environments, contributing to a better human experience for our committed workforce.

Absolutely loved the program and feel I have grown as an individual. I have recommended this course to my colleagues and other managers and will be incorporating this into our onboarding program to develop people skills across our teams.”
