HETI’s Financial Management training is back!
We are delighted to re-introduce our flagship Financial Management Essentials Series (FMES) which has a fresh contemporary look with topical content that all cost centre mangers can benefit from.
The three-module series replaces the face-to-face Managing Health Resources: A Foundation and Financial Management Essentials, last delivered in 2019. Key industry finance partners and the Ministry of Health’s System Performance Support Branch have contributed to the redesign and will partner with HETI to ensure fit-for-purpose content and support Module 3 in particular.
Modules can be undertaken separately, or as a pathway:
Module 1 - Health Business Fundamentals
A foundational module designed for NSW Health staff who wish to increase their awareness in financial resource sustainability.

An intermediate level module designed for clinical and nonclinical NSW Health Managers with limited cost centre management experience.
