500 plus NSW Health Managers take on an intensive skills uplift in October 2021

Publish date:

Throughout October 2021 over 500 NSW Health managers will participate virtually in the next cohort of HETI's People Management Skills Program (PMSP).

PMSP has been redeveloped with a focus on identifying and developing the humanistic skills and qualities in people managers, essential for collaborative leadership and management. Placing people at the heart of all our interactions has been essential as we all work through the ongoing challenges of a pandemic.

100% of participants had improved communication skills to lead empathetically, build trust and enhance culture and team. (Cohort May 2021)

Six modules offer a deep dive into subjects to strengthen behavioural change, with learning activities promoting critical thinking, problem solving, practice development and reflection.
