Join us for the next webinar in our Evaluation and Research Webcast Series with Professor Tim Wilkinson to discuss learning in workplaces.

Learning in workplaces can be messy

It can be unpredictable, difficult to control and hard to plan for. Factors such as learning from experiences, the notion of intersubjectivity, attending to team dynamics (not just team function) all contribute to workplace learning. How we support growth in clinical reasoning, and the role of coaching will also be discussed.

Professor Tim Wilkinson will share insights on the ways that people learn, and what we know about learning on the job that can promote effective learning in the workplace.

Discussion following the webinar will be facilitated by Professor Balakrishnan (Kichu) Nair AM.
