Program Lead, Future Workforce, NSW Rural Doctors Network

Eleanor has worked in rural and remote communities across NSW, QLD and the NT, gaining over 10 years experience in implementing innovative models of care and service delivery.

Eleanor has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams to develop resilience programs alongside UNICEF, been involved in restructuring paediatric developmental programs and maintained relationships with key stakeholders within remote Aboriginal communities.

She currently works as a Program Lead within the Future Workforce Team at NSW Rural Doctors Network. Eleanor works with students and early career professionals to enhance and support the nursing, allied health and medical rural health workforce.
