Journal Club Initiative
How It Works
- Monthly Article Selection
- Each month, a new journal article will be featured on the website
- Articles will be chosen for relevance, practice implications, and accessibility
- Where possible, open-access articles or articles with available abstracts will be selected
- Local practitioners encouraged to meet informally to discuss the article
- Suggested discussion questions provided with each article
- Option to register local groups on the website to connect with others in your area
- Online forum for those unable to attend in-person discussions
- Moderated by rotating network members
- Opportunity to pose questions to article authors when possible
- Quarterly webinars with article authors or subject matter experts
- Timed to coincide with Network meetings where possible
- Recorded for those unable to attend live sessions
- Each discussion to include practical implications for practice
- Members encouraged to share how they've applied insights
- Collection of case studies and practice examples over time
