Peter has been facilitating programs, workshops, forums and meetings with people ranging from front line staff through to senior executives for many years. He demonstrates the knowledge and expertise gained from his 31 year career in international aviation which covered customer service, business development and 10 years in senior management.
Peter's primary focus is on the leadership and management of people, performance and business with additional expertise in team building and communication. His facilitation style is learner focused with the intention of helping participants improve their knowledge levels whilst enhancing their willingness and ability to apply what they have learned in a practical setting. Supporting his outstanding facilitation skills are his accreditations in several behaviour assessment tools.
