Description

The Rural Generalist Nurse works across a multitude of health areas, and is required to provide comprehensive care across the age spectrum, often without immediate access to key health care professioanls.

In this Learning Pathway you will identify your own knowledge gaps in the area of paediatric care, and will be directed to available resources to fill those knowledge gaps.

This Learning Pathway is one of five resources in the Rural Generalist Nurse Program. Other resources are available in the areas of aged care, mental health, palliative care and comprehensive assessment.

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health Clinical Staff and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development.
