The NSW Health Leadership Framework 360 degree feedback Instrument

The 360° feedback tool is designed to promote personal growth in leadership skills through assisting participants gain insight into their observed behaviours. The NSW Health Leadership Framework 360° feedback tool is based on the behaviours outlined in the NSW Health Leadership Framework. HLP participants are provided with the opportunity to undertake the tool and then draw up a personal development plan targeting their own specific development needs.

Strengths Finder 2.0 (Rath, T. 2007 Strengths Finder 2.0, Gallup Press, New York with online resource)

Incorporating a strengths based approach to Leadership, this online tool assists leaders maximize their influence in the system. It provides an action-oriented platform for positive change. You will receive a copy of this text as part of your program resources.

Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument

Linked to Phase 5 of the program, this instrument implicitly recognizes the need to incorporate multiple perspectives, and predicts that conflict will occur when people frame issues differently. This instrument helps participants understand their own conflict style and develop insight into their default approach to conflict.
