Research and evidence-based practice (EBP) are key components of HETI’s commitment to innovation and excellence in health education. In 2017, HETI has celebrated the newly attained status of a tertiary education provider, and developments in the range and quality of its courses. These achievements have been accompanied with recognition of a need to sustain growth by strengthening research and evidence based practice (EBP).
The new portfolio, Educational Research and Evidence Based Practice, was established at the end of 2016 to enhance the practice of teaching and learning and, consequently, improve health outcomes. On these pages we wish to share information about our educational research hoping to engage with researchers and practitioners in health education at NSW Health and wider.
