Conducted by the JMO Forum, a representative group of Postgraduate Year 1 and 2 doctors, and facilitated by HETI the census represents a valuable collection of workforce data. It provides interesting, diverse insights into different aspects of the junior medical workforce in NSW and the ACT.
The wide-ranging census report provides feedback, ideas and suggestions from 580 respondents, representing roughly 30% of Postgraduate Year 1 and 2 doctors in NSW and the ACT.
The 2016 edition explores such contemporary topics as discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment, and the use of online technologies across the junior doctor workforce.
