The NSW Health Annual Report 2015-16 has been tabled in Parliament and is available to view or download on the NSW Health website.
The Annual Report outlines the functions and activities of NSW Health over the 2015-16 financial year. It includes the performance and achievements of all local health districts, networks and other entities that comprise NSW Health.
The report summarises performance against the directions and strategies set out in the NSW State Health Plan. Year in review reports are also included from the NSW Ministry of Health, from each local health district, specialty health network and pillar and from other NSW Health organisations.
In its preface, the report offers interesting facts and figures about NSW Health, the largest public health system in Australia which serves 7.7 million residents statewide over an area of 809,444 square kilometres.
The NSW Ministry of Health has also published audited financial statements for each organisation.
