Ms Elizabeth Koff, Secretary NSW Health, and Mr Michael DiRienzo, Chief Executive Hunter New England Local Health District, will present experiences of specific failure events and case studies. They will explore the learnings and highlight the opportunity for cultural development in NSW Health. All three speakers will participate in a panel discussion to explore implementation opportunities to avoid future failures. The following Masterclass Session has three concurrent sessions which are repeated to allow each participant to attend two sessions. These sessions focus on working with failure at the individual, team and organisation or systems level.
