Objectives

After completing this eLearning module you will:

  • Have a basic understanding of mentoring practices and principles.
  • Identify the benefits, attributes, and responsibilities of being a mentor.
  • Identify the benefits, attributes and responsibilities of being a mentee.
  • Determine the characteristics of successful mentoring relationships.

Audience

This course is applicable for all NSW Health Staff and for Health professionals and may qualify for up to 0.5 hrs of Continuous Professional Development
